Meet Todd & Lupe
Todd and Lupe Harrington are the heart and soul of Anzio’s Brick Oven Pizza. In 2012, Todd fulfilled a lifelong dream by opening the pizzeria, drawing inspiration from the rich flavors of his New Haven, Connecticut roots. With over 25 years of restaurant experience, Todd’s culinary journey began as a dishwasher in high school, igniting his passion for the culinary arts. He worked his way up through the ranks in Connecticut, ultimately becoming a restaurant manager before relocating to the Boston area and settling in Central Massachusetts.
Together, Todd & Lupe have crafted a dining experience that reflects their commitment to quality and tradition. Their hard work has not gone unnoticed, with features on TV’s Phantom Gourmet and accolades as one of the Judges’ Picks at the 2015 Worcester’s Best Chef competition. Additionally, their mobile wood-fired pizza service was crowned Mobile Cuisine’s 2016 Pizza Food Truck of the Year, showcasing their commitment to excellence.
